Tonbridge Bowling Club – Quality Lawn Bowling and Short Mat Bowling in West Kent

Tonbridge Bowling Club is a thriving and friendly place to meet new people and enjoy a game of bowls. We have a seven rink green, a modern clubhouse including bar and kitchen, run a full programme of events including competitive and social bowls, social events and a full winter programme of indoor short mat bowls with two mats available for use.

Members may take part in our internal competitions and leagues. We also run a programme of matches against other clubs and our teams participate in the Sevenoaks & District League and Millennium League for Men, and the West Kent League and Millennium League for Ladies. Members also compete in County, Area and National competitions, but rinks are also available for leisurely “roll-ups”.

When is the Club Open? The outdoor bowling season runs from late April to end September. However Tonbridge Bowling Club continues to function during the winter. Short Mat bowls is available in the clubhouse, on afternoons and evenings each week. There is at least two social events per month during the winter (usually on Saturday evenings).
